Shipping & Returns
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and we dispatch orders at 5pm every weekday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. We work with our couriers to keep prices as low as possible, and also offer delivery discounts just to say thanks. You will receive 2 confirmation emails when your order has been dispatched: one from us and one from our delivery company. The delivery company will then keep you updated with delivery dates and times.
If you wish to arrange your own delivery or collect the goods from our warehouse, simply choose "Arrange Own Delivery" on the checkout page and we will call you when your order is ready. If you have any special requirements please mention these in the Order Comments section on the checkout page.
UK Mainland - delivered next working day after dispatch
Standard Delivery: £8 + VAT (£9.60 total) for orders up to £200, and free for orders above this!
Saturday/Sunday Delivery: £12 + VAT (£14.40 total) orders up to £200, and from £5 + VAT (£6 total) for orders above this!
Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland - delivered 2 working days after dispatch
£14 + VAT (£16.80 total) for orders up to £350, and free for orders above this!
Isle of Man and Channel Islands - delivered 2 working days after dispatch
£21 + VAT (if applicable) for first £250 of stock, then £8 for each additional £250
Europe - please see below for a full list of countries we have shipping rates for. Prices are per box; one box can hold a maximum of 30kg (either weight or size, whichever is largest) and can usually hold between £350 to £600 of stock. We pack boxes as efficiently as possible, but large items take up a lot of space and we have a limit of the size of box we can use.
Customs fees are a one-off charge per order, not per carton.
We offer a 2% discount for orders over £250, just enter the coupon code EUROPE on the cart/checkout page to redeem.

Rest of the world - we are happy to work with your business no matter where you are in the world, but for areas outside of Europe we work out delivery prices once we have received and packed your order. If you wish to arrange your own delivery that's no problem, we'll send you the consignment sizes and weights once everything is packed.
Simply choose "Arrange Own Delivery/Request a quote" on the checkout page, pay for your order, and we'll be in touch as soon as possible with further details.
Please note that you may need to pay customs clearance and any other applicable taxes and duties when importing goods from the UK; the delivery prices we quote are for delivery only. The shipping company will contact you when the delivery depot receives the goods and will only complete delivery when any bills have been settled.
These laws vary from country to country, so please contact the relevant department in your local government for further advice.
If these costs are not paid by you, the shipping company reserves the right to either return the goods to us or destroy the parcel.
- If the goods are returned to us a refund will be issued minus the original delivery charge and any return charges that are billed by the shipping company. If these costs exceed the value of the goods then no refund will be issued.
- If the goods are destroyed by the shipping company a refund will not be given in any circumstances
We believe in providing you with best quality wholesale kids clothes, therefore we always ensure before delivery that you are receiving what you have paid for. However, we understand that mistakes do happen and we are always happy to arrange an exchange or return if you find any faulty goods. You have to do following things, if you want to arrange returns:
1). Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
2). Provide photographic evidence of any visible fault.
We will get back to you as quickly as possible with information on how to return the faulty goods (where relevant) and process your refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving them.
Note: Please do not return any items until you have heard back from us as this may lead to delivery of any returned goods being refused by our warehouse
